Insight into our modern production plant

With our new company building, we have taken another significant step forward. Optimally organized processes allow lean and smooth production and manufacturing over several stations. All machines and equipment are arranged on one floor, with sufficient space for internal logistics. We were able to eliminate previous restrictions in a targeted manner. We are happy to concentrate here on the precision and quality of our work, for customers who want the best.

Chip-processing system for milling and centrifugation of the chips. Thanks this system we retrieve the cutting oil which is good for the costs and the environment. At the end we can recycle the dry chips.

The factory work floor includes an optimal ventilation system and a WRG and offers a futur-orientied manufacturing.

Setup place for the pallet station of the machines. The place minimize time of nonuse.

Measuring laboratory with tactile measurement techniques, Starret video measuring tool and M3 measuring software.

High modern machines. There we produce small lot sizes, so that the other machines are free for your series and this 24h - 7 days a week.

Evaluation and combination of the measuring datas with the software Zeiss Calypso. Program exchange with your measuring technicians is possible.

Swissclean Party Cleaning System. Including ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum drying in a closed system and everything is environmentally friendly. With verifiably cleanness/ surface tension.
